Your Raleigh contractor, close by.

Raleigh is home base for Robert Paul Contracting, Inc., and our office is in North Raleigh.

North Hills is about 8 minutes down Wake Forest Rd, and downtown is about 14 minutes away.

We remodel kitchens and baths, replace roofs and siding, and take on commercial work too.

Each project starts with a site visit, with Robert looking over the work in person.

What Raleigh homes tend to need

The Census Bureau lists 1997 as the median build year for Raleigh homes.

Only about half of the occupied homes in the city are lived in by their owners.

Houses from the late 1990s are often at the age for a first roof, new siding or a deck rebuild.

Owner-led remodels often cluster in older in-town streets and the 1990s and 2000s subdivisions.

Around town

From North Hills to Hayes Barton

We work across Raleigh, including North Hills, Hayes Barton, Cameron Village and Five Points.

Boylan Heights and Glenwood South are on our route too, and Brier Creek is about 21 minutes out.

Whether your home is near Pullen Park or Moore Square, an estimate visit is easy to schedule.

An EF-3 tornado tracked through parts of Raleigh in April 2011, so storm repair matters here.
